Fair tickets can be purchased in advance online and at the box office in the entrance foyer.
Combined tickets for the trade fair and the parties & events are only available as print@home tickets in advance.

Both hall floors are accessible without steps, the upper floor can be reached by elevator. There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet at the venue.

There are up to 1,600 free parking spaces for exhibitors and trade fair visitors directly at the exhibition hall.
